Gift certificates make excellent gifts for the creative individuals in your life! Amounts can be applied to a purchase in the gallery or a class we offer.
If you do not see an amount you’d like to purchase, please EMAIL US and we can take care of that over the phone or in person.
If you purchase online, you will receive a digital copy of the gift certificate via email. You may print it out on the paper of your choosing, or simply email it to the receiver. Keep in mind that we may ask for the gift certificate upon arrival so your recipient(s) should be prepared for that.

Pollack Glass Studio & Gallery features the work of Andrew Pollack and a number of other Contemporary Glass Artists. We currently represent about 20 local, New Orleans, glass artists. Level: Beginner
This is the FOUNDATION of foundation classes! Learning to create glass beads is the best starting point, especially if you have zero experience. Each student will create single color beads and move into adding dots, lines, and making different shaped beads.
Beadmaking is the first class in our Foundations series. At least one of our Foundation courses is recommended (not required), before signing up for Intro to Blowing Glass on a Torch and our Intro to Sculpting Glass on a Torch. We would like each student to have some familiarity with glass before signing up for these two workshops. But again, it is not required and you are more than welcome to sign up for any of the 5 courses we have available!
THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT CLASS: If you do decide to register, you’ll need to know/bring the following:
* Tie your hair back if it’s long
* Wear comfortable, cotton clothing (synthetics are flammable) and closed-toe shoes
* Bring a bottle of water
COVID POLICIES: As a general rule of thumb, please do not come to class if you know you are sick or running a fever.
PICKING UP YOUR WORK: Glass needs to cool properly so there’s a 24 hour wait time for pick up. Any work left at the studio after 30 days will be considered abandoned. For the sake of keeping our small studio spacious and organized, abandoned items will be discarded appropriately.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Tuition IS refundable up to 24 hours before the scheduled class date…at which time the entire amount becomes NON-REFUNDABLE. Please make note of this.
